New Year, New Smile Resolution!

Say Hello to 2015 with a Smile

If your New Year’s resolution is living a healthier lifestyle; don’t forget about your oral health. A healthier mouth contributes to a healthier heart, no cavities, preventing gum disease; it also promotes self-confidence so going regularly to your general dental visit is a must! But how about improving it even more by having straight teeth? From gaps, crooked, overlapped teeth, or overbite, make Brace Connection as one of your New Year’s Resolutions so that we are able to give you the smile you always wanted with Invisalign or traditional/ceramic braces!…Remember, Smiling is one of the simplest things anyone can do to immediately brighten someone’s day.

While we are on the topic of improving your smile here are 3 tips to put on your daily routine of 2015!

1.  Drink more water than you did in 2014. Water helps to lift food particles from your teeth and it doesn’t damage the enamel on your teeth.

2.  Reducing the number of sodas, alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and dark-colored foods this year.

3.  Whitening your teeth this year; only if your teeth are in a healthy state. If you need dental work, whitening your teeth may cause further damage. Always check with your dentist before starting a whitening process.
